When an engineering drawing becomes a data source.

The pattern shows how symbols, tags, and topology can be extracted from P&IDs and engineering diagrams, linked to evidence, and reviewed professionally.

Starting point

OCR reads characters. Engineering needs relationships.

A tag alone is not yet asset knowledge. The information becomes operationally useful when components, lines, and connection points exist as reviewable relationships.

System boundary

Extraction proposes. Specialists approve.

Safety-critical changes, sizing, compliance assessment, and machine control do not originate from unreviewed results.

    Detected elements become a graph with references back to the source.

    Approve professionally

    Uncertain or critical elements enter review before transfer to target systems.
