Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered through Vercel Inc., United States. When you access the website, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, and HTTP status.

The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, detect attacks, and investigate technical faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes; provider-side retention follows the contractual Vercel settings and applicable legal obligations.

Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing agreement provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form and Formspree

When you use the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, industry, focus, and your information about the data, system, and process context. Required fields are marked. The information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to assess a potential business relationship.

For pre-contractual inquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business inquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding appropriately to your message.

The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., United States. Formspree receives the form data and technically necessary transmission data. Processing in the United States may occur. Formspree describes appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Form submissions are deleted when the inquiry has been concluded unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require longer storage.

Please do not use the form to send passwords, special categories of personal data, or information that is not necessary for an initial inquiry.
